Hi Anita, Did you manage to have this resolved? I am having the same issue!
I would love to see what the solution was to this issue. Currently working in an office of 5 and EVERYONE is having the same issue. Great reviews for this product then boatloads of issues.
When using your Thunderbolt 3 Dock DP++ with a display port cable to my Samsung 28″ 4K monitor, only right half of screen displays after sleep. Left half is BLACK. HDMI works correctly from the DP++ with macOS Sierra BUT when upgrading to macOS High Sierra, 75% of the time waking from sleep goes to a BLUE screen.
We are very sorry to hear about this. Please contact our Technical Support Team and we will be happy to troubleshoot this with you. We look forward to working with you on a resolution.
