Hi,
How can I connect to an apple monitor with a thunderbolt 2 cable?
Thanks
Have any windows users used the original 13 port version?
Specifically does the firewire port work with windows 10?
Does the dock have a thunderbolt 2 port for a wall plugged audio interface?
Hi, Santiago. The OWC Thunderbolt 3 Dock does not have a Thunderbolt 2 port.
Does this still only charge at 60W?
Guess the DEK is dead huh?
Hi, Vincent. We are unable to discuss future product releases on the blog at this time. But keep checking back for updates.
What is the difference between this one and the one that is sitting on my desk currently?
Hi, Bill. This version has removed the FireWire 800 port and is Windows compatible.
Thank you. So I take it the 13 port version with FireWire is not windows compatible and cannot be made windows compatible with any updates? If so I may have just wasted a lot of money ….. please confirm?
Hi, Adrian. We list specifications and compatibility on all documentation for each dock. If you are still unsure about your model, please reach out to our customer service team and they will assist you: https://eshop.macsales.com/Service/
This is a 12 port version. I saw no mention of firewire. Looks like they’ve quietly dropped support.
