CES 2020: OWC Highlights From the Week

OWC finished up a week of showcasing several new products, meeting with hundreds of customers and vendors, and participating in press junkets galore at CES 2020 in Las Vegas.

CES is the world’s gathering place for all those who thrive on the business of consumer technologies. It has served as the proving ground for innovators and breakthrough technologies for 50 years — the global stage where next-generation innovations are introduced to the marketplace.

“CES is always a great opportunity to meet with some of our biggest customers, as well as the world’s top media, to showcase the latest solutions from OWC,” said OWC Director of Marketing, Chris Kooistra.

And solutions and opportunities there were, so Rocket Yard has put together a few highlights of the festivities from the week.

OWC Happenings at CES:

CES has dozens, if not hundreds, of gatherings, showcases, and events. We certainly can’t list everything that the OWC team participated in, but there are a few prominent ones worth noting.

On Sunday, January 5th, OWC showcased several new products at CES Unveiled, an event that brought together key players in the technology industry, including innovative tech companies of all sizes, influential media, senior-level executives, and prominent tech industry influencers.

The OWC team conducted plenty of interviews for hungry audiences of tech reviewers, gadget guides, and media outlets. Yahoo/CBS Interactive, MuseTV, Digital Trends, How-to-Geek, TechDaily, PCMag, YourTech Report, US Times, NERDS Limited, MacObserver, Lifewire, AnandTech and the LA Times were but a few.

The Best is Yet To Come

“CES 2020 was a tremendous event allowing us to connect with several of our customers across the globe as well as showcase some of our most exciting and innovative new products to date,” said VP of Sales & eCommerce, Rick Van Dyne. “This year, we established a number of new relationships based on the ever-increasing momentum of global demand for OWC branded products which will further help us deliver even greater technology solutions and customer support around the world for 2020 and beyond.”

CES 2020 has now come and gone, at least for another year. Of course, that doesn’t mean we won’t be innovating and releasing great new solutions all year long, but CES will always hold a place of importance for OWC.
