OWC recognized for future company outlook and most likely to recommend to a friend in 2021
Comparably’s annual Best Company Outlook for 2021 combines anonymous employee ratings in two categories: Outlook, which measures how they feel about their company’s future, and eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score), which measures how likely employees are to recommend their company to a friend. The ratings were given a numerical score and then compared to companies of similar size to OWC across the U.S. Additional weight was given to companies with more ratings from their employee base. The final data set was compiled from 10 million ratings across 60,000 U.S. organizations on Comparably.com.
“I am honored and humbled to receive the Best Company Outlook award from Comparably,” said Larry O’Connor, CEO and Founder of OWC. “Each year, I strive to make sure OWC’s culture is one of transparency and inclusion. Keeping a well-balanced work environment is critical to high employee engagement. This award illustrates that despite the difficulties of 2020 and 2021, our employees are innovative, flexible, collaborating, and highly engaged in building a solid company outlook.”
Comparably’s mission is to make workplaces transparent and rewarding for both employees and employers. Comparably reveals company cultures and market compensation, as contributed by actual employees, and showcases a fair and accurate display of employer brands.
“Our Best Outlook Award highlights employee confidence about the future success of their respective companies,” said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. “Despite the unprecedented challenges of the past year, it is clear that OWC has remained focused on growing a business and culture that employees can be proud of.”
