Hi There, total greenhorn when it comes to computers. I have several older MBP’s…2009 17″, 2009 15″, 2010 13″. i would like to upgrade one of them to as current OS as possible. which one of these machines would you recommend me focusing on? biggest concern is unsupported software due to age and OS. Is the CPU upgradeable in any of these machines? is it necessary to meet my concern? I will also buy more memory as well as a largest SSD drive for install internally into one of the machines as well as an external for redundant backup of iphoto and itunes, etc.
